Indeed all praise is due to Allaah, and may His peace and
blessings be upon the last messenger Muhammad, sallallaahu alaihi wa slaam,
upon his family, his companions, and those that follow upon righteousness until
the establishment of the last day.
Dear Brothers / Sisters in Islaam:
As our community is fully aware, Allah the Most High has
blessed us to purchase a building that is three times the size of our present
premises. With the permission and blessings of Allaah, the final layout of the
new Masjidul Bayaan and Islamic Center of Asbury Park will encompass:
- Dual-floor
men's prayer hall that will provide ample room for over 280 men.
- Single-floor
women's prayer hall that will house over 80 women.
- Comprehensive
Islamic library consisting of English, Arabic and Urdu literature,
tapes,CDs and internet stations
- Islamic
bookstore that will provide Quran and Sunnah based knowledge for our
community
- Four
classrooms to be utilized in educating the children of the community in
the Islamic sciences
- A playground
and picnic area for community events
With the permission of Allaah, and the enormous financial
and volunteer help of our community, we have successfull completed
approximately 75% of the first phase, but a lengthy journey still remains! A
number of projects must be completed before we can occupy the buidling:

Once again, we are approaching a community that has already
been exceedingly generous to aid us in completing the preliminary construction
of the future home of Masjidul Bayaan, inshaallah, so that the prayers,
knowledge, and righteous deeds that is witnesses will become witnesses for us
on the day when witnesses will surely be needed.
Allaah's Messenger, sallallaahu alaihi wa slaam,
said, "Whosoever dies, then all his actions are cut off except by
way of three: a sadaqa (charity) that continues to benefit the peopl, a
beneficial knowledge that continues to benefit the people, a righteous child
that makes dua'a for them." Imam Muslim.
